Do you have lockers?

We have non-lockable lockers that are visible from your class.

Do you have water or should I bring my own?

We do sell bottled water for $2, however, we’d prefer our studio is single-use plastic free so we provide reusable stainless bottles to borrow or purchase for your session. If you’d prefer to bring your own bottle, we also have easily accessible taps available to fill up.

What do I need to bring?

Your A-Game. Every time. Plus workout kit and suitable runners.

Are there showers?

Yes, we have one shower and it’s pretty slick.

Where do I park?

We have completely unrestricted street parking available right out the front of the property.

We also have 3 spots right out the front of our studio which we recommend to be used in off-peak times for personal training clients who are attending outside of the group session timetable.

We share the commercial property with other businesses who have allocated parking and we aren’t allowed access to their parking. Therefore we highly recommend using the unrestricted street parking.


What kind of sessions do you offer?

We’ve currently got 3 concepts for you to choose from. Lift, Box and Burn. Each session lasts 45 minutes.

What happens if I'm late for a session?

Please be at least 5 minutes early for your session so you don’t miss the session’s introduction and warm up. You may be locked out of the session – if your trainer thinks it’s appropriate!

I’ve not done HIIT before, will I be ok?

Of course, we’ve got your back. Our workouts are scalable and accessible to everyone. Train at your own pace but always bring your a-game. Be sure to turn up 15 minutes before the session for your first timer induction.

Do I need to bring my own specialised kit?

Yes, please wear workout wear.
Lift – we recommend wearing suitable workout wear that is unrestrictive of your movement
Box – we provide gloves to purchase for $49.95 and wraps for $10. But if you have a lucky pair, feel free to bring your own.
Burn – we recommend wearing suitable running shoes.

Do you offer corporate events or private sessions for groups?

Yes, bring the whole squad down to classes. We can offer private venue hire too.

Can I buy a single session?

Yep! If you’re scared of commitment you can buy one session at a time. No strings attached. And this goes for Personal training sessions as well.

How do I book a session?

You book your sessions through the ‘TIMETABLE’ tab on this website or through our app downloadable from the AppStore or Google Play Store.


How do I buy a session or a UVSL Pass Package?

You will need to create an account in our Mindbody system and select the package you would like to purchase.

What’s the difference between an Unlimited Membership and a Pass Package?

A UVSL Unlimited Access Membership is a non-contract reoccurring payment that allows you to access as many and any UVSL classes. The Membership is to be used by the holder only and cannot be shared.

A UVSL Pass Package starts from the day you book your first session and will expire dependent on the stated expiry date indicated on the pricing page. A package is to be used by the holder only and cannot be shared.


Can I cancel a session?

Yes (but why would you want to do that?). Here’s the deal if you do:

We have a 9 hour cancellation policy.

If you cancel within 9 hours:
Packages: You lose a session.
Members: You will be charged $5

For all Personal Training sessions we have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 12 hours you will lose a session.

What happens if I don’t show up?

We will find you…

Package holders: You will lose the session.
Members: You will be charged $10.


Can I freeze my UVSL membership?

Yes, a minimum of 2 weeks is required for all membership freezes.


What do I do when my UVSL Membership expires?

Your UVSL Membership will auto-renew on the same date each week (being the date on which the membership was purchased) unless you contact the team otherwise.

What do I do when my UVSL Pass Package expires?

Your UVSL package will expire on the date highlighted when you bought the package (check details in your Mindbody account). You can then re-purchase the same or new package/membership.


When am I charged?

When you sign up and purchase your UVSL Membership, your first membership cycle will be billed immediately.

Will my billing reoccur?

When you purchase your UVSL Membership, you authorise us to charge you a weekly fee at the current rate. Any increases in the current rate will be communicated with at least 1 months notice. We will inform you by e-mail or other form of communication.

Can I get a refund?

No, refunds will not be given for any purchase made on the UVSL, UVSL Mindbody site or in the UVSL Studio.


Can I cancel my UVSL membership?

Yes, at any time with at least 1 day ahead of the renewal date. For example, if your next renewal date is 30th September, you need to inform us that you’d like to cancel by 29th September in order to avoid being charged for the next weekly cycle. Note that if you do terminate your UVSL Membership, you will be subject to current membership rates upon your return.
