We get it, starting something new can be intimidating. That’s why we created UVSL – we wanted the benefits of all training methods to be accessible to anyone and everyone. We obsess over the small stuff so you don’t have to. Read on for all you need to know to crush your first class.

BEFORE CLASS

On your first visit we encourage you to attend at least 10 minutes early where you’re coach will welcome you, introduce themselves and ensure you’re familiarised with everything you need to know about your first class.

DURING CLASS

Your time will be split: 50% on the tread, 50% on the mat. A class is 50 mins long so that’s 40 minutes of active workout time with time for a warm up, cool down and changeover in between.

TRACK YOUR NUMBERS

We track every run. We control your incline. You control your speed – your workout intensity and the distance you cover is up to you. Everyday of the week is a different Signature Run on our state of the art incline treadmills. These runs remain the same for 4 weeks, so you can track your distance and watch yourself progress before we mix it up again.

AFTER CLASS

Recovery is just as important as the sweat. After class, don’t miss out on our cooldown zone, fully stocked with the latest cooldown tools from Theragun and Hyperice to speed up your recovery.
