We have designed 30 Signature UVSL Runs that guide you at every minute to different inclines – you set the speed, therefore you set your intensity. Scientifically proven to reduce impact and promote posterior chain strength AKA booty shaping, our specialised state of the art incline treadmills will have you strengthening and toning your body while you break through fitness barriers.

Each day we focus on a different muscle group. The weekly split has been crafted to target the entire body and sculpt a strong, toned, lean physique – with a little extra emphasis on all the right areas.

MONDAY

ASS & ABS

Because we all want a perfectly shaped peach and set of abs. This workout focuses on building your glutes in 3 dimensions, as we target them across all planes of movement… and then its crunch time. We hit your abs and core in every way to create a jaw dropping silhouette.

LEGS

This is all about building that athletic shape. Strong, lean, sculpted legs is where it’s at. This is where the remix of training modalities really makes you burn.

TOTAL body

Prepare yourself for this full body workout. Big, bold moves will sky rocket your heart rate while developing serious finess. You won’t burn more calories in any other class – depending on how hard you want to go, you can burn up to 800 calories, and no, wer’re not kidding.

ASS & ABS

Like we said – we put a little more emphasis on all the right areas… AKA ass and abs. Back for round 2 – because hitting these muscle groups twice in a week means faster, more compounding results. Get at it…

Create total body balance by targeting chest and back and develop toned, lean, shapely arms while you focus on tightening those abs. This class holds a strong focus on the 1%ers that give you that undeniable fit physique.
