THE WORKOUT

Strength & Sprints – a cardio dominant workout, that’ll get you outdoors in the fresh air and send your legs to jelly. This workout is ideally completed at your local athletics track so you can accurately measure out your running distances. However, you can roughly estimate them at your local oval. Either way – tomorrow’s a great day to get out of the living room and outdoors, sunny and 26 degrees!
