TEMPO TORTURE: So simple, but so effective, this workout is all about tempo control. Work your way through each superset, then do it all again. And as for those numbers, here’s an example: 33X0 means 3 second eccentric, 3 second hold, X for explode up and 0 rest at the top. Good luck!
