All about that PACE. The LIFT sstyle workout has 3 different rounds, that all focus AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)… the first 2 are full body and then round 3 it’s all about abs and core. So you can be sure you’ll be feeling the burn in your legs and your lungs. This is definitely one to follow along with the full video for tecnique cue help!
