Something new today – no equipment required and can be done on the spots: “Choose Your Poison Workout.” This workout is structured to have every new move begin Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM). So to choose your poison you must decide how hard you want to go:

Beginner: 30 sec on 30 sec off

Intermediate: 40 sec on 20 sec off

Advanced: 50 sec on 10 sec off

Mental: NO BREAKS

And when you’re done… just comment which “category” you selected. Get it ??
