THE WORKOUT

The triple whammy: Three tri-sets across three circuits. This LIFT based session is based on the timing of 60sec of work, followed by 15sec of rest. Each circuit needs to be completed 4 times. And be warned there are a few new moves in there that spice up both the workout and and some fire to your (inevitable) DOMS. The perfect way to blast those extra Easter cals – give this workout a go and comment DONE when you’re, well, done. ??
