SUPER – AMRAP: As Many Rounds As Possible for today’s HIIT session… LIVE at 8am with @elliebell_01 ??
Simply work through Round 1 for 8min, recording how many rounds you complete. Take a 2min break, then do the same for Round 2. Then repeat. Once you’ve smashed it, write down the grand daddy total number of rounds in the comments. Shamownn ???
