Tomorrow is called “The 500.” And you guessed why… tomorrow’s 500 reps are all upper body focused. Not timed, it’s just a matter of getting it done. 5 moves x 25 reps x 4 rounds. Go get it ??? And as for this week and how it’ll roll out. Here’s what you can expect;
Weds: ‘pick your fave’ – choose a workout you liked with a measurable outcome and work to beat it. There’s no doubt you’re fitter ??
Thurs: Like today… “The 500” but for lower body.
Fri: a good old HIIT sesh.
Sat: Ending the week with a full body strength session. Let’s do this. ??
