THE TOTAL OF TOTALS: Work your way through Circuit 1 (moves 1-4) for 8min and record how many rounds you get. Rest for 2min, then do the same for Circuit 2, and record your rounds. REPEAT. Write down your total number of rounds in the comments. And don’t forget: in order to count a round as complete, it must be finished, not attempted.
