LEGS ON FIRE: This workout is all lower body strength, with a sprinkling of burn ?☺️ Smash Round 1 by working through all 3 moves for 30sec each, followed by 30sec rest – repeat x5. Take a 2min break, then repeat for the subsequent 2 Rounds. This had @elliebell_01 hobbling through today’s LIVE workout… so we know you’re gonna love (hate) it ??
