sculpt vs sweat
SCULPT CLASS
Slow things down as you burn things up. Our SCULPT class is all about strength. Programmed around progressive overload, we structure SCULPT in 4 week blocks to allow you to constantly progress and watch your body change – no random workouts here.
Lower Body, Upper Body and Ass & Abs, our three SCULPT class variations target every muscle across a week, developing a strong, feminine physique.




sweat CLASS
This class is all about the benefits of cardio – don’t let the treadmills intimidate you! We alternate between the treadmill and the mat – working your entire body at a pace that you choose. So start where you are, work as hard as you feel and feel incredible as you see yourself improve.
This isn’t about our coaches you pushing you beyond your limits – instead we inspire and empower you to become your best, alongside other women doing the same.
