i’M new! how can I prepare?

You know what they say… the heaviest thing in the gym is the front door. So if you’re new to UVSL, you’ve already taken the hardest step. Arrive 10min early for an introduction to our studio and class explanation from our friendly coaches. Throughout your class, our coaches offer personalised attention, verbal instruction and hands-on assistance. We see correct movement as a life skill – and we can’t wait to see you in the studio!

We combine traditional compound strength moves alongside pilates and barre exercises to isolate, target and sculpt. Our innovative methodology is like nothing else.
