CAN YOU RISE TO THE CHALLENGE?

This is it. The first ever UVSL RISE Challenge Week. Test yourself and track your performance as you challenge yourself physically and mentally like never before…

HOW IT WORKS

    Members, package holders and non-members can participate. This is open to absolutely everyone, of any fitness level. Here’s the breakdown:

  • To successfully complete the RISE Challenge Week, you must complete one workout each day (6 workouts from Monday to Saturday) and record your stats (to be explained in class) on the challenge board.
  • Considering this is the very first challenge week, members and package holders need to purchase their UVSL tote bag. This is what you’ll be pinning your completion badge to if you complete the challenge by doing all 6 workouts.
  • Every time you complete a RISE Challange Week you’ll receive a new badge but you won’t need to purchase another tote. So after your first challenge, every challenge from there is FREE.
  • Non-members will also need to purchase their tote bag to pin each completion badge to. However, each RISE Challenge will come at a small fee to access the studio and complete RISE Challenge Week workouts.
  • THE WORKOUTS: They all level up… the treadmill efforts and the intensity on the mat. Plus, every day you track your performance, with the aim to better yourself day by day and challenge by challenge – because as always, the ultimate competition is always you VS you.

NON-MEMBERS: $99 (price includes the purchase of the tote plus a full weeks access to UVSL)
