What are your workouts like?

We have 2 different workout types. SWEAT & SCULPT. Here’s how they work:

SWEAT: The workout you know and love, where you split your time across the tread and the mat. Still consisting of our 3 different structures (5, 8, 20min) and mixing it up between flat and incline focussed runs, this sweaty, high intensity session will now have a focus on total body moves when you’re on the mat.

SCULPT: Our all mat class. Two rows of 10 mats, two rounds of your bigger strength training moves, followed by two rounds dedicated to progressive pilates and barre. We slow things down as we burn them up and build your shape. A total of 4 rounds of 8-10mins, leaving the muscles targeted on fire after every class.

SWEAT X: Your Saturday sweat sesh. Think your normal SWEAT class with a little X-tra🌶
