The weekly split has been crafted to target the entire body and sculpt a strong, toned, lean physique – with a little extra emphasis on all the right areas.

SCULPT – LOWER BODY

Squat, lunge, hinge and work your way to perfectly sculpted legs. You’ll develop strength and shape – and better yet, you’ll know you’re progressing with our 4 week blocks, designed for progressive overload.

SCULPT – ASS & ABS

Dedicated to the body’s most important areas, this class sculpts the ultimate feminine body. Strong, but shapely, this class is founded on progressive overload so you’re guaranteed to build curves across our 4 week blocks.

SCULPT – UPPER BODY

There’s nothing like well sculpted arms to create a balanced physique. Our upper body class ensures you develop perfect symmetry alongside strength and shape. And with our 4 week blocks, designed for progressive overload, you know you’re progressing week to week.

SWEAT

The ultimate full body, high intensity workout. Alternating between the tread and the mat, you’ll work up a serious sweat as you work total body and abs.

SWEAT X

Our sweat class, but taken to the extreme. More intense moves, more sweat, more burn. This class is as intense as it gets.
