WHO: Absolutely anyone. For members and non-members. For people of any fitness level. This challenge is for the person who is ready to level up.

WHAT: This 28 day challenge gives you all the fitness, nutrition and mindset tools you need to become the best version of you – unlimited access to classes at UVSL HQ included.

WHEN: The U-Project begins Monday 31st of January and finishes on Sunday 27th of February. Plus, to ensure you’re fully prepared to level up, the Commencement Seminar will be held on Saturday 29th of January at 10AM (compulsary atendance).
