Welcome to the UVSL Holiday Tactical Guide.

When you’re on holidays… you’re on holidays. We’re not here to tell you that you shouldn’t do this and you shouldn’t do that. F*ck that. That’s not the UVSL way.

Fact is, you’re probably going to be indulging a lot more than usual – and yes, that’s probably going to mean you’re going to be in a caloric surplus for majority of the time you’re away. But so be it. It’s not forever. You’re inevitably going to come home and get back into your routine and that’s what we care about most. Your body is a reflection of your most common choices, not the outliers. That’s what this tactic is about.

When it comes to going on holiday, the one thing that you can’t allow happen is: you fall so hard off the wagon while you’re away from your usual routine that you knock sense out of yourself. You’ve fallen so hard you no longer identify as being a the fit, health focussed woman you worked hard to become. In other words, shit goes completely side ways and you go so hard you are a completely different person while away and subsequently when you get home.

So we have developed this tactic so you can maintain that “fit woman” mindset, while importantly making the most of your holiday. This mindset will keep you identifying with being a “fit & healthy person”. Sure, if you want to do more go for it, and if you want to follow a calorie reduced eating approach and avoid any chance of a body composition backwards step that is your choice too.

But for those that will relax and indulge, this is for you.

All it takes is an extremely simple 10 minute bodyweight full body workout at the start of each day. You can literally roll out of bed get this done right in your hotel room. No equipment needed!

Completing this daily (preferably every morning, to set you up for the day) will make your return to your ‘normal’ routine / healthy lifestyle on the other side of your holiday that much easier. And hey, it’s a bonus if it leads you to making a few better choices whilst you’re away. But if it doesn’t, own it, enjoy it.
