We’ve simply swapped the tread for HIIT whilst guaranteeing you’ll still get your sweat on, while as always, targeting the right areas. Plus, just as in UVSLHQ, our workouts will be based on our 3 structures: The OG, (2 x 20min rounds), Double Up (4 x 8min rounds), and Rapid Fire (6 x 5min rounds). Prepare to sweat this silly season.

With almost a lifetime of ballet experience and years of pilates training, Naomi is Head of Pilates for UVSL. Technique obsessed, she wants to see you burn.
