For those of you who can’t tune in, this is all about working Every Minute on The Minute (EMOM): 40 sec of work, 20 sec of rest for each of the 8 moves, back to back. Once all 8 are done, rest for 2min and repeat X4. Oh yeah, let’s geddit ???
