Where are you located?

Our studio is located in the Bayside suburb of Sandringham, Victoria, Australia. The address is:

Do you have lockers?

Yes. Put your belongings in our lockers and get ready to level up.

Do you have water or should I bring my own?

We do sell bottled water for $2, however, we’d prefer our studio is single-use plastic free so we provide reusable BPA free bottles for purchase for your class. If you’d prefer to bring your own bottle, we also have easily accessible taps available to fill up.

What do I need to bring?

Your A-Game. Every time. Plus workout kit and suitable runners.

Are there showers?

Yes, we have one shower and it’s pretty slick.

Where do I park?

We have completely unrestricted street parking available right out the front of the property.

We also have 3 spots right out the front of our studio which we recommend to be used in off-peak times for personal training clients who are attending outside of the class session timetable.

We share the commercial property with other businesses who have allocated parking which is not to be used. Therefore we highly recommend using the unrestricted street parking.

What is the UVSL Workout?

A 50 minute class where we have a different muscle focus everyday. You’ll burn and sweat like never before. We’ve pioneered the perfect combination of 50% Incline Interval Training with its science backed benefits and 50% of the best of progressive pilates, strength training and barre. We’ve remixed things to get you into the best shape of your life – fit, strong, toned, confident.

How many times a week should I come?

We suggest a minimum of 3 classes per week to get the most out of your UVSL Experience. But there’s no limit to how many times you can attend. Our Incline Interval Training method is much easier on your joints so you can attend as many times per week as you like!

Do you have a beginner class?

The UVSL Experience has been designed for anyone and everyone. Our coaches are there with you every step of the way to guide you through your class which is completely adjustable to your fitness level. Absolute beginners to the fitness elite can all participate in the same class – so there is no need for beginner classes.

How hard are these classes?

Simply put, these classes are as hard as you want them to be. How fast you go on the treadmill is up to you. You’re guaranteed to work up a sweat, but the difference between a workout and a serious workout is up to you.

How many calories will I burn?

EveryBODY is different, so gender and size plays a part here. But if you want to smash it on the tread and push it on the mat, you can hit 800 calories in our Full Body class. Nope, we’re not joking.

Yep! If you’re not down for commitment you can buy one session at a time. No strings attached. And this goes for Personal training sessions as well.

How do I book a session?

You book your sessions through the ‘BOOK CLASSES’ tab on this website or through our app downloadable from the AppStore or Google Play Store.

STUDIO POLICIES

What is your cancellation policy?

We enforce a strict nine hour class cancellation policy. If you’ve reserved a place in a UVSL class and cancel after the nine hour period, you will be charged and/or forfeit a session for the class. This includes switching time slots. You can cancel a class through our online booking system.

What is your late arrival policy?

We want you to get more out of your workout. So we’re strict with our late arrival policy. Be more than five minutes late for your class and you’ll lose your spot and may incur a late cancel charge and/or forfeit a class session. This is for your safety; to make sure you can adequately warm up in the first phase of the class. First-time clients must arrive 10 minutes before class.

Do you have a late cancel / no show fee?

If you know you’re unable to attend, cancel your class so other UVSL members can take your place. If you fail to cancel more than nine hours from your class or do not show up, and are on the unlimited monthly membership, you’ll incur a $10 fee.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yep! Your sure can. Unlimited Session members can place the membership on hold for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time.

What if I need to cancel my membership?

We don’t like lock-in contracts. If you need to cancel your membership just get in touch and we can organise that for you.
