The Functional Strength Index (FSI) is UVSL’s proprietary assessment that gives you a definitive score out of 100, designed to evaluate your total body strength, endurance, stability, and mobility.

Embedded into the UVSL Member Experience and the Last Start Program, the FSI is a cornerstone tool to help you:

WHAT IS THE FSI?

The FSI is based on 6 expertly selected FOUNDATIONAL movement tests. simple but challenging, and able to be performed in the comfort of your home, each were chosen through rigorous research into their correlation with functional strength, mobility, and physical ability as you age. These movements are backed by scientific evidence linking them to:
